Williams-Sonoma | MLK Serve Day

On Monday, January 31, Williams-Sonoma took the day to serve in the Tenderloin with City Impact. About 200 Williams-Sonoma team members came out to serve meals in the Rescue Mission, deliver meals through Adopt a Building, and help organize clothing in preparation for the relaunch of our thrift store: Threads for Therapy.

Volunteers were briefed and broke out into groups to serve for the day alongside City Impact staff and School of Ministry students. Alex Quock, the Missions Manager from City Impact had a great experience working with the Williams Sonoma team. “The Williams-Sonoma team was great to work with—Kevin was so responsive and prepared!” Likewise, one team member had an impactful experience themselves.
