OVERVIEW

SF City Impact is a non-profit organization that exists to intervene on behalf of the people in the inner city of San Francisco. We ensure every decision keeps our pace, benefits our people, and helps tract towards our strategic plan. 


ROLE SUMMARY

Measure, manage, and analyze City Impact’s data to help shape marketing activity, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capture and manage online data through each content management system (CMS)

    • Google Adwords and Google Grants

    • Squarespace Analytics

    • Email marketing data through campaign monitor

    • Qgiv responses and marketing

    • Oversee Social Media Analytics

  • Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Vimeo, and Linkedin

  • Assist the Social Media Coordinator to engage online users

    • Identify engaging events and topics to grow audience

    • Track ROI for posts and manage data to make future decisions

  • Understand the brand identity of City Impact and help determine what avenues and stories to invest in

    • Learn what engages the audience the best through data

  • Help manage online storage and shared server

  • Oversee archives and ensure the security of the Dropbox and assets

  • Assist with any onsite IT issues and/or technical support

  • Assistant with Child Sponsorship email, marketing, and fundraising analytics as needed

  • Assist the development team and ministry with administrative tasks when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrates the ability to discuss confidential matters online in an appropriate manner or setting and to the appropriate person

  • Proficiency in writing for business, and programs such as Google Suite, and Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in Adobe InCopy, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce, and SquareSpace

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Ability to work in an open space environment

  • 4+ years of experience in writing and story crafting

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday with flexibility to assist with development and church events when needed

HOURS

20-40 hours per week

Non-exempt

Executive Officers, Marketing Director, and Assistant Development Director
